Tom Parsons

Tom Parsons, who became a Christian as a teenager, pursued musical studies in Manchester and at the Royal Academy in London (he is a gifted oboe player). From there he was to join the staff of London’s All Souls Langham Place, in charge of the student work there.

He married a fellow staff member, Katie, a New Zealander, and together they moved to England’s far north-west, where Tom became assistant minister at St John’s Church Whitehaven for five years.

Today he leads the work of Christ Church, Sidcup, on the south-east London border. There he and Katie are bringing up their young family of three boys.
